The enumeration IloCplex::DualPricing lists values that the
dual pricing parameter IloCplex:DPriInd can assume in
IloCplex for use with the dual simplex algorithm. Use
these values with the method
IloCplex::setParam(IloCplex::DPriInd, value) when
you set the dual pricing indicator.
